Company Profile

Founded in Shenzhen in 2019, RelyEZ Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd. is an integrated energy storage system (ESS) solutions provider in China. We focus on delivering comprehensive ESS solutions, hardware products, software systems/platforms and supporting services, and engage in the research and development, manufacturing and sales of our ESS solutions and products for customers in China and abroad.

Our ESS solutions and products are used in large-scale energy storage power stations, including on-grid and off-grid power stations, and in commercial and industrial (C&I) applications such as industrial parks and factory facilities. Our hardware products primarily include GridUltra ESS containers for large-scale applications and VenturePro ESS cabinets for C&I applications. They operate in coordination with our proprietary software systems/platforms, which support intelligent energy management, system integration, data analytics and AI-driven optimization. We also provide O&M and entrusted power trading services.

According to Frost & Sullivan, we ranked 10th in China's ESS solutions industry with a shipment volume of 5.4 GWh and a market share of 2.1% in 2025. As of October 9, 2026, we had delivered more than 13 GWh of ESS solutions and products to more than 100 customers globally, and had cumulatively participated in the O&M of energy storage assets exceeding 3.5 GWh.

In 2025, RelyEZ was named among BloombergNEF's Tier 1 Energy Storage Manufacturers and ranked 4th in GGII's 2024 Global Shipments of Energy Storage Systems (DC Side) in China. Our ESS products also received a BBB bankability rating from Informa Markets for the first three quarters of 2025.
