Pawel brings over 15 years of experience in energy infrastructure development, due diligence, and M&A. He has worked with leading institutions including the International Finance Corporation (World Bank Group), EBRD, EIB, the European Commission, and the EDF Group —serving in roles such as business developer, technical and financial advisor.

He holds an engineering degree, master's degrees in international relations and management, as well as an Executive MBA. Additionally, he earned a PgD in Energy and Environmental Constraints.
